I conduct Personal Training - creating customized programs for each individual to achieve their fitness goals (hypertrophy, weight loss, and fat loss) with resistance training, teaching mind-muscle connection to activate the correct muscles for every exercise.
I believe the public may have a different perspective on health and fitness which might be misleading and produce little to no results. With proper guidance in training, any individual will be able to achieve their fitness goals and be a better version of themselves.
